1 How to contact sales and seek help?
Infotech has set up offices in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Beijing and Nanjing, respectively responsible for KOMORI press sales in South China, North China and East China. If you want to purchase Komori press, you can call the field Office. Later our sales will pay a visit to you, provide detailed equipment selection, configuration consulting and professional printing equipment solution according to your business structure and future direction.
2 How to sign the sales contract?
Based on customer’s needs, we’ll provide tailor made solution to you. After you have confirm , the buyer, the import agent and the seller will sign sales contract with three parties’ signature, clarifying model, quantity, price, specification and acceptance of terms and so on.
3 How to pay the deposit?
1 Customer should pay the deposit to the seller within one week after signing contract or agreement. For the standard model, 5% of contract price will be charged as deposit, while 10% for special model.
2 Customers can pay deposit to designated bank account by cash, check or T/T etc. Once it’s confirmed, we’ll issue the deposit receipt.
4 How to tender?
According to provisions of Machinery and Electronic Products Import Regulations, printing machine belongs to electronic products, which must have People's Republic of China Automatic Import License before handling import formalities. You can apply the license through international tender or special approval.
5 How to apply import license?
Note: different agencies throughout the work, the application process may be different, Infotech is committed to assisting enterprises to handle.
6 How to apply financing?
　1 If the customer needs financing, Infotech can help to recommend suitable financing institutions according to customer‘s actual situation and financing needs,
　2 Financial institutions will inspect the overall state of the customer. When the financing plan is approved, lease contract is signed between the customer and finance institutions.
7 How do issue letters of credit
Generally speaking, irrevocable letter of credit will be issued in accordance with the terms of payment under the sales contract at 30 days before shipment.
8 Shipping and customs clearance
　1 Delivery: After we acknowledge receipt of letters of credit, the contracted machine will be shipped from Yokohama port to China main port, which will take about 3 to 15 days.
　2 Customs clearance: After the contracted machine is shipped out, the seller provide relevant shipping information for customs clearance, and the buyer is responsible for the domestic customs as well as other related matters.

9 How to get back the deposit?
After one week of issuing letter of credit within a week, Infotech will refund deposit to your designated account.
