1 Installation Preparation
Good preparation is essential to smoothly install, delivery to the customer timely and assure high-efficient production in the future. After signing sales contracts, Infotech will provide you with the appropriate pre-sales technical advice and instruction, including plant layout, optimizing work flow, provide foundation drawing and related requirements, double check foundation, confirm whether the foundation meets requirement; provide the material list prepared by customer. Foundation preparation should be finished two months before installation.
2 Installation and Commissioning
 1 When the machine arrives at the customer, field engineer will hold a meeting before starting work, the customer and carrier must attend. During the meeting, Infotech will introduce installation schedule, verify whether you have completed relevant preparation, and confirm whether the carrier is qualified for the job as well as insured.
 2 If the carrier’s tool can not meet requirements, or the carrier was not insured, Infotech can refuse to carry out installation to protect the customer’s rights.
 3 During installation, field engineer will check with you the quantity of parts and tools shipped with the machine, you need to confirm with signature.
 4 Before commissioning, field engineers will hold a meeting with you, introduce installation progress, succeeding debugging schedule, confirm your preparation work, and clarify what you need to cooperate.
 5 After commissioning, field engineers will test machine’s performance, train your machine’s supervisor and operators about safety, operation, maintenance, etc.
 6 During installation and commissioning period, the customer should provide the following support:
Arrange at least four operators to assist installation
All operators must be present during debugging
All machine’s supervisors and operators must attend the training
Power must be ready two days before debugging
Plate making equipment and plate must be ready before debugging
3 Handover
After performance test, commissioning engineers will hold a meeting about handover with the customer. Both parties signed "Komori sheet-fed offset press acceptance certificate," which will clarify warranty period, warranty start date, expired date, as well as rights and responsibility on both sides. And the handover of technical quality will be based on sales contract.
