1 Quality guarantee
Infotech provides 12 months of warranty for Komori machine, warranty period begins from end of debugging, but the longest warranty period is not more than 18 months after issuing bills of lading.

2 Repairing service with FOC
Repairing with FOC means the machine has trouble when the customers operates and maintains the machine following Komori operation manual during warranty period, Infotech is responsible for providing repair and replace damaged parts with FOC, excluding parts damage because of misoperation and consumables. If any parts are damaged during repairing, Infotech is in charge of claiming to Komori on behalf of the customer.
3 Maintenance service with FOC
During warranty period, Infotech will offer three times of regular maintenance service and one time annual check service with FOC:
A, Three times of regular maintenance service
After installation Infotech will arrange the maintenance service every three month, each time the engineer will take one day to check the machine according to check list. After that, he will communicate with the customer what problem the machine has and provide solution how to improve. The customer will get one copy of check list.
B, Annual check service with FOC
Before warranty period expires, Infotech engineer will conduct a comprehensive inspection and adjustment to the machine
Remarks: The customer should carry out regular equipment cleaning, inspection, lubrication, adjustment according to requirement.
4 Claim service caused by poor quality and manufacturing
Claim means when the parts is damaged caused by poor quality or wrong assembly during warranty period, Infotech is responsible for providing and replacing the damaged parts with FOC, excluding the damaged parts caused by customer’s misoperation and poor maintenance, improper field work condition, printing materials, consumables like feeder conveying tube, TY paper, blanket, feeder sucker, sheet guide, rubber roller, filter, filter, pneumatic cylinder, etc.
In addition, complete information must be provided to claim, such as customer name, machine type and S/N, total counter, trouble occurred date, parts name, parts number, parts location and damaged parts picture. If the parts of affiliated device are damaged, the device’s model and S/N should be provided too.
/b>5 Training with FOC
During the first maintenance, Infotech will provide two-course training about printing comprehensive knowledge and operation and maintenance. Of course, it can also be divided into two times at the customer’s convenience
6 Chargeable training
We have two training courses, which are printing basic training and color management training.
