He works just like your service assistant, oversee the situation of the machine’s regular maintenance and check, understand all information about repair, inspection and production, follow up implementation of trouble, familiar with production condition, monitor machine’s maintenance, remind the customer what should be done periodically to keep the machine in good condition.

　4 The responsibility of housekeeper
The housekeeper will communicate with you every month via telephone or face to face, understand the machine’s status and hidden trouble, follow up the handling of complaint, remind the customer to replace the damaged and wearing parts in time, responsible for overseeing the implementation of service contract.
2 Chargeable repair service beyond warranty period
If your machine has trouble, we’ll arrange engineer ASAP and the service contract customers are preferential and enjoy discount on price. To reduce your waiting time, we suggest you prepay a certain amount of money in our company, or buy service contract of 50 hours • person / 10 times or 100 hours of service • person / 25. With the contract, the customer can choose service items according to their requirement, such as repair, maintenance and annual check etc.
3 Chargeable training service beyond warranty period
Infotech provides two chargeable training courses: printing Basics knowledge training and color management knowledge training.
